Which one of these would be better for cold but not frigid water? The water i usually dive is 50-60 deg F generally

assuming both have a DIN
 
They would both be perfectly fine. Infact I own both and have dove both in the great lakes and on ice dives up here. My personal preference is the Zeagle DSV because I find it is a nicer reg to service, I like the design of the high pressure seat better, and feel it is likely more durable, and also the Zeagle has a metal air barrel in the second stage, which helps with heat transfer, and resists freeze up better than an all plastic second stage.
