I had the same automated response. It has crossed my mind that that who site is a scam but that is probably just my dislike of the general trend to hype beyond belief.

I think the crowd funding sires sit in a dangerous place, they try to squeeze between consumer sales regulation and investment regulation. If either of these were applied this scam would be harder.

Looking hard ar the indigogo site (careers section) they seem to have offices in New York and San Francisco. Perhaps someone in those places might visit a police station and explain what is happening, or write to whatever consumer protection department you have.

It still amaze me how gullible people can be. This campaign reminds me of similar money "collection" op regarding pyramids in Bosnia. Even state put money in.
But, there is a "progress"!

Jonathan Czitkovics Hello Triton. I genuinely want this to work. The only thing preventing me and most people from pulling the trigger and buying a few is an unedited video segment (10+ minutes) where you show someone breathing underwater while keeping the camera on the diver. Doing this won't put your patents in jeopardy. So far your videos look like the divers are holding their breath and releasing it slowly.

Like many others I do care about the science behind it but if you make the video I will just trust you the rest of the way and worry about the science until after you get your patents cleared.

Well, they claim in 2 days they will release a new video. It got me thinking, what's the smallest air cylinder you can buy? Like a spare air inside one of those handle bar tubes. With nearly a million dollars at stake, I can see them modifying a 1.7 cu ft cylinder for their new video.... Have to keep an eye out for changes to the dimensions on their paper weight.

In two days, they will publish a video saying happy fools day and that they apologize for having scammed the world.
And then, Indiegogo will give them their money because a general refund would cost them too much.

Amazing that there appear to be some people that are freely continuing to drink the kool-aid and vehemently defend these folks. They can't all be sock puppets and shills, so what's the motivation?
