What is a "safety tube?"
Commonly refered to as sausage or surface marker buoy (SMB). Nylon/rubber elongated device that you tie to a reel or finger spool and carry with you underwater all rolled up. When require, you unroll, attached to the reel, inflate with air and let it shoot to the surface to mark your position.
