I was curious as to what areas of Texas us Swampsters all live in so I decided to do a poll. I couldn't get it to work this morning so I'll try again. That should help scubatexastony with his numbers.

I live 2 hours east of Houston in the Golden Triangle (Beaumont/Orange/Port Arthur) area.

When you vote please add a post telling where you live. Thanks!

Oops, I forgot to put "and surrounding areas" on Amarillo. I can't add it, can anyone else? Thanks in advance!

about 2 hours or more, depending on where I'm going, from Dallas.

About 20 miles from Austin in the beautiful city of San Marcos right by Aquarena Springs!

..in a little burb called Highlands, right on the east side of the San Jacinto river.

Add 1 to that for Beast!

For some reason, I can't add my vote, but I "live" 3 miles west, as the crow flys, of HWY 59 between I-20 and I-30. That would be 160 miles east of Dallas and 240 miles north of Houston. Head north from Linden, Tx on Tobacco Road 'bout 5 miles.

tony

ps. I stays in North Houston/ Spring/ Humble presently during the work week. hehe.

with scubatexastony on the weekends and since "retiring" I'll be staying with him more during the week.
