Mani, that last pic is the award winner.
Really nice job on the setup and alignment.

Fits the short 100 just like I'd hoped and where I like my tanks on my backinflate. Gonna try to get it pool wet this Sunday. That'll be the proof in the pudding....

What are you using for webbing? It seems not as stiff as what I usually see.

Oh its stiff alright - not sure how it'll be when wet but its polypropylene and shouldn't change - bites my shoulders a bit without a wetsuit and just standing up. Got it from DRIS Hog Gear Hogarthian Scuba Dive Package - Great colors

I like what they sell in general...

Coincidentally, I think JimLa got his there too....But you could ping NE Scuba - they have bulk webbing in stock that many seem to like...

Actually I have my own supplier for bulk webbing and try to keep in stock all the time. Right now I am a little low due to sales so all I have on hand is black and hot pink.
probably placing a re stock order in a week or so. Can get black, red, green, yellow, blue, pink, and even white.

Had a chance to dive the Hollis S-38 (old version, all black) last night. It's another wing that seems to have been made for the FP. The increase and change in buoyancy characteristics over the oxy was very beneficial for me. Solved my floaty feet / head heavy issues. I may keep the oxy for travel.

If it is the wing I am thinking of it makes sense. Like the Halcyon and some others the upper arc of the wing is larger (more buoyancy) than the lower arc.

Precisely why I wanted to try it out. I'm glad I did. We had some choppy seas last night, but I stayed comfortably above the mess.

If you get a chance and don't mind, could you snap a photo of the rig set up and post it so we can get a look?

Thanks in advance.

The images are too big for here. Too lazy to resize.

The following is with the tank straps loosened to show where the standoff will sit and how the straps fit in the slots.

If you can't see these (or they take too long to load), I'll try to re-size them to be more web friendly. They were taken with my phone.

Wow, that's retro fitted first generation original model.
The ones now are quite a bit different with slot configuration and tank support etc.
Glad to see there's a few of those originals still in service. They were the most popular and are what started the whole thing.
The new large contour is a retro model of the plate you have.
