When I checked the scale for your location, all I got was a picture of a short bus???? Odd isn't it? :D

is that the one with your other half driving it?

Situational Awareness is not a yes/no category....

I never said it was, I simply implied that if you're close enough to a garage door that is in motion and can't determine that it is in motion then you definately lack the required situational awareness to be that close to a garage door.

Note: For the purpose of clarity, my above statement assumes we are discussing a Domesticated Garage Door which has a travel potential limited to the tracks in which it is mounted or restrained. Free Range and Feral Garage Doors have been known to silently stalk human prey and are therefore excluded for my statement as they may in fact be responsible for many human deaths where the human was at no fault due to the silent approach of the hungry predator Garage Door.

I play hockey in a Men's league here in Vancouver. 4 sheets of ice and 2 different leagues. Almost every year one poor guy dies of a heart attack - never makes the papers. A couple of years ago another poor guy had one at 80' and died - lead story on the 6 'o clock news.... I have to keep telling friends and family I have a better chance of dying playing hockey than diving.

Fortunately, the rink finally bought a defibrillator and it has already saved one life - now if we can make a housing for underwater use.....:D

No silly....I am driving it :D

My SO is very smart....she upped my life insurance when we installed the garage door opener

yes I was thinking about the domestic garage door. While I agree that a lot of rules in the US and in Canada are pretty ridiculous and not common sense at all and are just there for the lawyers to make living and generally promote absence of the common sense and situation awareness, you can shot me but I will not agree with you on that domestic garage door :rofl3:

Yeah....and realize when they say CLEAR! they really mean it underwater :shakehead:

Funny, the driver doesn't look like a man, are you mascarading(SP) on SB as a male?

Nobody getting shot here :D

But you used the L word and that really just introduced the REAL problem. Lawyers....mix that with greed and you have what we have today in NA.

That can be a good idea. Besides that diver all the fish and nearby scuba divers will be floating on the surface face up. All you need is just to collect the scuba gear and go to the market :rofl3:
