Sorry for my lack of updating the last few days. Our friend began eating food yesterday and has been moved out of ICU. The family might make a statement soon.

Thanks to everyone that has been encouraging and respectful during the last week.

Bandit, please share with your friend our continued support and concern for her. I do hope and pray that she has a speedy and complete recovery!

Wonderful news. Thank you very much for the updates.

Great to hear! Big hugs and well wishes to her and all who know and love her.

SUPER news!

Our friend continues to improve. She actually got out of bed and walked a little (although) she isn't supposed to at this point. Not surprisingly, she is a little unstable. The doctors are now doing some tests to determine if there are other issues that need to be addressed.

There have been some tentative discussions on a release date in the not to distant future.

Well folks, the future is here and our friend should be checking out of the hospital this afternoon. The road to recovery is underway.
