Timeliner:
I stayed in Neuchatel for about 6 weeks once while taking a class for watchmaking instructors down on Rue des Saars at WOSTEP. I bet you can shore dive that lake just about all year. There seem to be a bunch of easy places to enter. I saw several boats down at the marina that would be cool to take out as well.
Likewise if you are ever in Texas look me up

Swamper FYI... Lac de Neuchatel ( lake Neuchatel) is the largest inland lake in Switzerland and really pretty.

Very intersting ! I dive all the year in Lake Neuchâtel, I also go diving in Lake Geneva, Thun and Annecy.

I am ever in Texas, what dive spots to see?

I don't know yet, that you are a spy? :D
