I just guessed that you must live very near there since you come from Switzerland and made a mention of the French speaking people. That pretty much narrows it down to a few Cantons. All of which are close to the Lake.

Don't listen to Foo2, she knows not what she speaks of. Please, please by all means take Timeliner over to Switzerland. In fact, we'll take up a collection to help get him there. Oh wait, did I type that out loud? :confused:

I stayed in Neuchatel for about 6 weeks once while taking a class for watchmaking instructors down on Rue des Saars at WOSTEP. I bet you can shore dive that lake just about all year. There seem to be a bunch of easy places to enter. I saw several boats down at the marina that would be cool to take out as well.
Likewise if you are ever in Texas look me up :wink:

Swamper FYI... Lac de Neuchatel ( lake Neuchatel) is the largest inland lake in Switzerland and really pretty.
