How many tanks is this dive? I need to know how many to bring.

This is a shallow beach dive, you can go as often as you can talk a buddy into joining you.

I thought since this was aparty that it would be nice to have some prizes, so we will have a small drawing for prizes (for divers only). I picked up a couple of small things at the dive shop, nothing huge, I'm not made of money. If anyone else wants to bring something to add to the giveaway bag feel free.

Hey Wendy,
I'm diving with Dr. Jay tomorrow 07/26 at another Venice location a little further south of Venice Beach. If the new places deem to be sufficiant enough to supply us with many teeth I will let you all know. What I was thinking is that with the amount of boarders showing up on the 9th you might consider re-locating the party to the south. Walter will have a better idea as far as space and public parking for vehicles but I know from living there in Venice in the past that there will be plenty of parking areas at either Caspersens Beach or a smaller one just north.
Just a thought and I'll let you know how the dive goes later. I'm not trying to steal your party just want everyone to enjoy themselves without the hassles of parking and lugging gear and coolers.

I was just asked to organize this party, Walter is my fossil hunting mentor, so where he says to hunt, I hunt. I liked the place we are planning for the party currently cuz it wasn't crowded with beach goers, but then again I have no idea what this area you and Dr. Jay are diving is like. Get with Walter and let us know if our venue is changing.

Remember the real rule #1... Walter is off limits as far as fossil collecting goes!
However, he is single for all those interested (or interesting) ladies. Maybe we should have a "Walter as your dive buddy" auction??? That'll buy at least some chips and a soda! OK... Would you believe that it will get us a soda? OK, how about a single chip??? :tease: Sorry pal, I tried, I really tried!
