Did two dives at Bari a few weeks ago. Lots of parking and space for gathering. Looks like an awesome spot for sunsets. The walk from the parking lot to the entry ramp is approximately the same linear distance you walk at 1000 Steps but it's flat. The entry had a gentle slope to the water and hand rails. There is some algae growth on the entry ramp but it's about the same as other rocky shore entries around the Island. Isidel Park is a great addition to Bonaire!

My wife and I visited Bonaire again May 7-21, 2025. Here is a photo of the boat ramp at Isidel Beach Park from our 3rd floor condo at Den Laman. The swim/scuba access is seen above the ramp with the two people on it. The folks next to us own their condo and are usually there. They have never seen any watercraft launched from the ramp. The swim/scuba entry seems to be relatively popular and is used frequently. We saw a few divers exit using the boat ramp.

The park provides good parking and a safe entry for swimming and for dive access to Bari Reef and Front Porch.

I had a couple of locals and visitors tell me that they don’t think a vehicle with boat in tow would be able to maneuver the turn it would require to back down that ramp. Don’t know if that’s true or not, but I never saw a water craft launch from there when we were there in January.

The scuba/snorkel ramp makes for one of the easiest entry/exits on the island. The boat ramp, to me, seemed a bit steep and slippery. I wouldn't use it. I also agree is seems like a tight bendy space to get your boat down to the water, though I suspect most boat owners are used to tight maneuvers to launch their vessels.

We drove our truck to the front of the restaurant, unloaded our gear at the top of the diver's ramp and then drove out to to park in the lot. It was much easier than gearing up in the lot and walking through the park!
