Was The Palms at Coco Beach resort-like (pool, spa, etc.) or more like a dive hotel? Can you easily snorkel there? My wife doesn't dive but likes activities (including snorkeling) so always looking for a place I can dive but nice enough to keep her happy.

There are also the chocolate tour, rum tour and coffee tour we all enjoyed and learned tons of stuff we didn't know. There are jungle tours as well as ATV tours near downtown you can choose from, and they pick you up at the hotel.

Thanks for sharing this. Ive looked at Rocket Divers a few times. We love CR, just trying to decide if and when to return to dive versus our past above water trip in the past.

Dive wise the shop you visited is highly recommended locally both for quality and pricing so don't think you went far wrong (if at all).
