I purchased a PMG upgrade for my Luna. I tried to use the online form to download the upgrade, but I kept getting a "The serial number or device ID entered are not valid." Am I missing something?

Also, I tried to contact ScubaPro directly, but no one has responded to the contact form in 2 weeks.
