I posted a while back that I was running my compressor off a 12kw generator, well until I killed the generator. It took many months but I finally got the placed wired for 220v 50 Amps (although the W31 is rated to 18). Today was a banner day. The first time I was able to fill tanks using my Alkin w31 without using the generator. By next week it will be completely based on solar power! At least I hope so. 576 feet of #4 wire (@$729 per 500 ft, I live on an island :rofl3:), 186 feet of #6 ground wire and a bunch of bits & pieces. I've been saving to do this for years.

The solar system is completely separate, but I wanted to be off grid if I needed to be. So the total system will be 18 450 watt panels, ~9kw/h for around 54KW per day and 64 Kw/h batteries to provide for cloudy days (hurricanes and things like that)

Next week I'll pick up a 20ish gallon shop compressor to run the usun booster in the back (under the towel), I have 2 He and one O2. I am interested in buying an O2 tank, but I imagine shipping will kill me. I don't plan on doing any PPB just filling rebreather 2L & 3l O2.

impressive!
Thank you, When we saw the place back in Jan of 21 I immediately started to drool over the shed. I knew just what I wanted to do with overall, now I have to tweak everything to be just right.

Why don't you get an o2 concentrator.
and a bottle filler, slow but steady.
I fill my torch bottles with one,

Looks good, what batteries are you using?

@tbone1004 and I have discussed this before. Finding a concetrator on the island is hard and I'm still a bit concerned with the 5% argon in my rebreather. I'll have to look at the batteries, but they are LIPO.
