A couple of weeks ago I flooded my UK HID dive light, I contacted UK and informed them about the flooding and that it was totally my fault. UK wanted me to send it in for repair, I just received it back from UK with a new light assembly and new rechargable battery NO CHARGE! what awsome customer service, more companies need to realize the value of good customer service. There is no better advertisement that the word of a satisfied customer.

Very good to know. I just bought UK 4C mini light on the advice of my instructor. I was going to get slightly cheaper light but similar design, he said I'd be better off spending little extra for better quality light. Guess he was right!

I have 5 UK lights and have never needed there customer service, I guess that says alot also.

I have a UK Q4fire that has gone into every fire with me for 15years. It stands up through blazing heat and subzero cold. Its been dropped, beat, soaked and smoked within an inch of its life and is still the most reliable light I own. Now if they would only make a portable radio that could keep up. :D

I've had Very POOR service from them. They refused to honor a warranty on a light. I ran my request all the way up to the top and still the answer was "NO"! I won't buy anymore lights from them. Princeton Tech has always taken care of me when i had a problem.
