Those are great pics Bill! Don't be so hard on yourself. Much better than the pics I take with my Canon point and shoot (although sometimes I do surprise myself!).

The most important thing is that you have a blast taking them!:coffee: Having fun is what it's all about!:coffee:

Thanks Caloy! This is the size I normally post... maybe I'll go back and so some re-sizing when I have time (which always seems to be in short supply) Okay... enough I think for Anilao.... Let me work on PG this weekend :) Have to get some sleep, going diving at Hayama in the morning (yes I'll be wearing my drysuit :))

the black thing... is that a spanish dancer? never seen one... it's a very nice shot... very dynamic and the shadow on the sand just adds even more ooomph to it because it reinforces the idea that it's mid-water rather than at rest in the sand as these slugs usually are found...

nice

Jag

Looks like a flat worm to me a Spanish Dancer is much bigger and looks different.

Yes, and they're red aren't they?

here is a pic of one

Thanks Jag! It's a flatworm. I believe a "Pseudobiceros gloriosus" Here's a shot before it started swimming (which was very cool by the way :))

and here is the "Spanish Dancer" (Hexabranchus sanguineus) again (posted above too), taken on the same dive.

The Spanish dancer was easily over a foot long!
