Instead of malapascua which is about 6-7 hours away from moalboal i would go with a short bus ride and a short ferry boat ride and head for apo island and dauin in dumagete only 3-4 hours away from moalbal at the most.

As a (retired) dive guide,I've spent a month on Malapascua diving with Thresher Shark Divers & have enjoyed the experience;diving,eating,drinking. I will be taking some of ya'lls advice & head to Neptune Divers in Moalboal soon. Then keep headin' south to Dumaguette,Davao City,Apo,Siquijor,Bohol,then Leyte & Sogod bay. If I got time Camiguin,Anilao & Verde Islands. Thanks to all you positive SB'ers for your great responses! The rest.....keep postin' & wishin'......
