So, I was absent from SB for a long time and was lurking and gathering info for a family dive trip for year end dive trip 2024 that wouldn't break the bank too much. And thanks to SB again, I chose Quo Vadis. Booked through their own website. The manager Dave and his staff took care of the logistics etc... Boat crew and the dive guides (a few full-time staff/ a couple of freelancers) were all professional, friendly and helpful. And the resort is walking distance (~10mins) from the main street.
16 y,o nephew took his OW and 3 of us oldies took refreshers... The instructor - Stanley, assigned was wonderful, detailed and reassuring. It was wonderful to dive in PH again after such a long time (15years or so...) Sardines and Pescador Islands were outstanding!
Turtles aplenty at Pescador. And beautiful soft corals there.
After 1 week at Moalboal, we went to Oslob to swim with the whalesharks, would have gone diving too but nephew had flu...
