fyi Malapascua has had 24hr power for 18months now. And hence we have a great night life at The Craic House :)

LOL.

I guess some places just turn off their power to try to save. You know how they turn off their refrigerator at night so the beer is warm.

I am glad to see you guys don't do that. I will have to come up and check out your place. I already met you in person once at a bar in the city.

As a dive guide,my plan is to leave Texas to Cebu in early July for a (6) month dive adventure.

Do not forget to visit Southern Leyte from Nov onwards, chance to see whaleshark.
Donsol can more or less guarantee the sighting of this gentle giant but only on snorkelling.

As a dive guide,THANKS for all your responses. I heard I might be able to find some dive work in Bohol or Puerta Galera. Any ideas from you all on best chance dive operations??? Sharks & more sharks are my big thing. Saw my share of small stuff & even wornout on Whale Sharks, looking for some strong current and extreme challenges while diving. Where is a good central place with bars, female non-diving buddys, and decent monthly rent? Thanks for your experience & comments! Dive safe,Have fun! (PM's are welcome) Leaving in two weeks....

That's why I no longer visit other bars!

Not sure whether I should be concerned that we already met? Drop by any time and test the cold beers!

Not to be tooooo negative, but You must know that it is low low low low low season right now in the Phils, and chances of picking up some work as a "dive guide" is really pretty slim. So bring plenty of dollars to hold you over until November, then you will be able to compete with the local guys who are making .....

Cheers,
Roger

But if he doesn't find work then he might have to stop starting every post with "As a dive guide..."
