nope... i can ask but i don't get a discount... unfortunately...

maybe if we're a big enough group (PPD owes me a DOR in balai... puro nalang aquav) i'll have the leverage to ask for a discount

why does kuya caloi prefer aqua from balai pala? i think the former is nearer to the dive sites, eh?
