Had to look this one up. Ran into him in late February. Humann sez they're wary and retreat into recesses, but this guy was a poser. Unfortunately, there were lots of particles in the water that day. He was just kind of out in the open in a sandy area. Supposedly rare in Florida.

Kevin

And what is it?!

Couldn't figure out how much of a fish I was looking at here. Finally stuck the lens port up under the structure without being able to look through the viewfinder.

Darn Jet I'm going to be there tonight. I'll have no one to make fun of me:depressed:

Great tides next week hope to see lots of you there. I can't go Monday because I'm getting a medusa jelly tattoo on Sunday. But I'll be there Tuesday on...

Why Jim!!! I've never made fun of you. (Of course I might have to start now)

I'll know by c.o.b. today what day I can schedule off next week - waiting to hear re: a couple appointments. I'll let you know. I'd love to hunt for frog fish in the area we talked about. Of course I'd also like to check in on Puff. And Baby Daddy. Oh and maybe try to find an elusive sea hare ...

Grrr ... so much to see at BHB. So little time.

p.s. Good luck w/ the new tat.

Some more from that dive. . .

This blenny found a pretty spot to hang out in - right near the lavender scorpionfish.

And sometimes it's neither. . . (would rather be doing that night dive than messing with these pics) :depressed:
