Can't seem to find out how to join or anything else about it.

It's a regional forum on scubaboard where folks talk about things related to diving in New England. It's also a very informal club... you can join by expressing an interest and either going diving with a member, showing up at one of our (overdue) social occasions, or being so active in the forum that it wouldn't be NELD without you. Oh, it's also good if you live and dive in New England.
