I guess based on the manual it's the "exhaust port center section" that I am trying to remove. If I don't want to wait overnight can I just use something soft and push on the exhaust diaphragm and run some warm water in there?

EDIT- just ran water through the side ports. LOL

Here you can see where the salt and corrosion happens on the pin — when I have time I’ll soak it up as well in prep of service

Why is it clear? That is amazing!!!!!! Are those hard to find?

Will i break that barb off trying to get the exhaust diaphragm out? I would have called it a nubbin but the manual says "barb" so we will go with that.

Yea, been trying to find one for a couple of years — just found this specimen last month
They made g250 and g200B variants of the crystal

Nah, they were limited runs / special editions: the crystal and the hot covers; they turned collectible pretty quick
