Talked to Scubapro US yesterday and they said the Mk19 is a go

Scubapro's dust cap is an example of trying to make one design work for both DIN and yoke, and it does so poorly for both. It holds too much water for yoke, and it barely stay on for DIN regs. I end up replacing both.

Ok, I have tried other dust caps and the seal and or fit was never right.
I am going to ask it : "What do you use?".

I use these on all my regs:

DGX Threaded Delrin Dust Cap for DIN Regulator

I use these on all my tanks:

DGX Threaded Dust Plug for DIN Valve, Delrin

Reg comes out of bag. Plug and cap come out/off of reg and valve and go together, and into my bag.

Thanks I one something like that for the Din that works well, but it's the Yoke one that's a problem with the Mk 25.

and stick with this:

I just fill the scubapro dust caps with silicone sealant, works a treat.
The Mk 10 caps are better then the cup caps the Mk 25 s I have, stupid idea but fixed with sealant.

I don't own any yoke regs. I do own 2 DIN-to-yoke adapters, and I have needed them a couple of times in the last 6+ years...

For my DIN regs I use this or something similar:
DGX Threaded Dust Cap for DIN Regulator, Plastic

For my yoke reg I use this:
DGX Rubber Dust Cap for Yoke

These have a small cavity, so they don't hold much water. If I could find some of the Apeks ball style dust caps that is what I would use for yoke as it has no cavity for water to hide in, but I have a hard time finding them at the price I am willing to pay delivered.

I'm a mix of both my tech regs are all DIN, but my rec reg is yoke.

Echoed sentiment on the ball style dust caps. I'm not sure if people were piercing them with yoke screws, but they are the best kind of dust cap.

I wonder if you could just buy a rubber or silicone ball and use that.

4 times the price and the after market one is over twice your price.

Not sure if it has been brought up here already but Scubapro is now selling the MK19 and D420 separately and in other combinations this year in the EMEA market. There is also a PVD coated MK19 in the new 2021 catalog.
