Oh WOW that’s so cool. I don’t know if that was specifically mentioned in the catalogue (perhaps it just went over my head because I didn’t understand). Thank you!
I’m not sure either (i didn’t read the 260 one, only read my 1st reg); Someone mentioned it and it blew my mind as well that the tennis ball/rubber band trick became obsolete
But they sure don’t actively market it/make it obvious ;with pictures) in the sales materials, IDK why 🤷🏽‍♀️

can use R195 face plate if you want an all black look
Ah the „full sized reg“ g2xx/r19x symbiotic relationship; I swapped some r190 faceplates on g250s (I know, ew) for the seatsaver button feature

Hi! I am finally biting the bullet and investing in a good regulator. I’m already set on buying the MK19 EVO. I’m going back and forth on the second stage option: G260 or S620Ti? I’ve seen a general preference for the G260 but I’m worried about the bulkiness and the weight of it. Is jaw fatigue actually a thing? Can I get opinions on how important regulator size is?

I’d also like to hear all the general pros and cons on the two regulators!

If I were to go with the G260, I think I’ll be buying the MK19 EVO BT + G260 Carbon BT bundle.

FYI: I’m a petite woman hence the concern. Budget is not an issue and I won’t be diving in extreme cold (at least in the near future).
As someone who just bought the MK25/G260 a few months ago, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. It's a great reg so far.

Between the two I would choose the 260 over the 620, it’s a long lasting tough design but the only user related difference is the seat saver on the 260.
G260 without hesitation. Owned a bunch. Found no love for the S620Ti. G260 is more robust IMO, can use R195 face plate if you want an all black look, seat saving purge is a nice bonus.

Based on extensive side-by-side underwater testing down to 40 meters, I've found that the S600 breathes better for me than the G260. It's not a huge difference and doesn't imply that the G260 is no good, but the S600 delivers air more smoothly and naturally. Both second stages were tuned to the lowest cracking pressure allowed by SP with the knob turned all the way out.

The S620Ti is even better, appearing to be an easier breather than the other two. However, I have only used it on approximately four dives at that time with a borrowed S620Ti from a friend who just bought it new (I used it before he did :) ). I bought my own S620Ti shortly after. For my setup, I plan to buy the S620Ti second stage with any first stage I get from SP—I'm considering the new MK17 Evo 2 and possibly the MK11 Evo.

For an alternate, I am torn between the S600, G260, or even the C370. My primary will always be the S620Ti.

C370 alternate, my vote.

I have a suspicion/guess here that this has to do with the “winged” lever sliding better off the diaphragm disc
I have recently rebuilt an s600 and g500 (same case) with the same components except for the lever (and another experiment poppets), one is the regular and one is winged
Hope to try them side by side soon to test this theory
