See I can’t tell now if these are real units or not, what’s even a barleycorn!? (i googled it and was not disappointed)

I’ll stick to the metric thumbs and toes, maybe 10 mk11Es later I reach a foot

A barleycorn is 1/3 of an inch. Traditional UK and US adult shoe sizes are the number of barleycorns beyond a fixed start point that was considered the minimum size for youth or adult shoes. The starting point is 23 barleycorns for UK adult shoes, 22 for US men's and 21 for US women's. Children's shoes have a different start point, traditionally 13 barleycorns smaller then the adult.

Which is weird. But the standard European sizing is also weird. It's based on the number of Paris Points. The are defined as 2/3 of a centimetre and were likely adopted because it's very close to the local 1/4 inch that French shoemakers often used prior to the adoption of the metric system.

The system that makes the most sense is Mondopoint which is simply the foot length in mm and also includes a width. I've only seen it used in the US for ski boots.

Loving these comparison pictures with weight, and also loving these new reg designs from Scubapro.

Could we perhaps we see the new Evo2 Mk17 & Mk11 side by side? I amazed they could shrink the MK17Evo!!! So I wondering if the Mk11 Evo 2 size reduction is enough to give up the sealing?
Here you go, 17 E2 vs 11E

How’s the new angled HP port?
Is that the reason you fly the 17e2 upside down?
I think I started with to like that to slightly lower the hoses with the old EVO but don’t really remember. The angle is great for eliminating hose clearance issues that the EVO had with some transmitters (especially SP) that required an extension fitting.

Can the Mk11 Evo be converted into a Mk17 Evo 2? It almost looks on the photos like they share the same body and only the diaphragm retainer differs?
