Check with Steve Newman at Choo Choo Dive Center in Chattanooga TN. He's already taught and certified several divers in this area. They were the "guinea pigs" for the course curriculum, but it is now an actual course taught at only certain shops.
I think they're website is choochoodivecenter.com or something of the like. To read more do a google search for Mr. Newman himself as they just put an article in they're instructor newsletters last month.
