We just went there today, one more day and i finally knock out the open water yaaaaaaaay, and based on the information we gathered some investment company has purchased the place and is in the process of making major changes. Including preparing to remove the fiberglass cave diving structures. I have no way of knowing how valid any of this but this was definitely the first time i was at vortex, just because i haven't dove it doesn't mean i have not been there, that i didn't see coolers everywhere.

As far as the adult beverages go, we usually just put them in a cup and everything's cool.Did anyone else notice that on the vortex site it says
" Pets, 4 wheelers, and adult beverages are
no longer welcome in park
due to insurance restrictions."
Just something I thought should probably be investigated.
I just re-read the Vortoberfest III trip report, its still hillarious. I'm crying over here![]()
