Spring-Springfest @ Vortex April 19th and 20th '08

Canoe or small motor boats are best to get to Cypress. Vortex rents canoes.

I'm working Friday, so probably won't get in until late Friday night or Saturday morning - haven't decided.

Squid,I plan on getting there early in the afternoon if you want to get a dive or two in. I might have to bring the blender and whip up some rumrunners for after the dives.

Never had a rumrunner, but; I can't think of a better time to try one than with friends after a dive.

I will be at Vortex setting up in the early afternoon...I would definitely like to get some dives in somewhere...preferrable Morrison if its not flooded. But I am willing to get wet anywhwere!

Probably wont need fills, I can be in Marianna by 8Am, earlier if I make it to Vortex on Friday.

sounds like we just need to set up a portable bar but the rumrunners are excellent never had a Bahama mama though but I am game for about anything with rum in it.

Sounds like good words to live by. I can drink the fruity stuff for a little while but I always wind up going back to my bacardi and diet coke..

1 part dark/spiced rum
1 part light rum
1 part coconut rum
1 part OJ
1 part pineapple juice
grenadine for color
a little 151 for some BITE!
