HaHa! I bet the store clerk was surprised to see someone sitting there with a scuba fin. Do you need to try a shoe on for size? No, just need one to see if it fits inside my "other shoe!"

I know this has been discussed before, but what do you feel is the advantage of forcefins? I am prone to foot cramping, and am wondering if they would be a better choice for me than my biofins...what say you Doc? And would I have to adjust my kick style radically?
