Compression Shorts like bikers wear they work wonders... NO bunching, but still not showing off the upper leg/lower butt. The bottom of compression shorts can actually be seen when I wear my shortie.

I wear compression shorts too. I wear a shorts over them on the boat, and only drop the shorts when it's time to suit up.

I have gotten a few stares before people realized I was wearing something under my shorts. Maybe I should stop talking about diving naked first...
