We did not find a dive shop that had their own boat. We did our advanced open water training with Porto Mari, and they borrowed a boat for the day specifically for the training. Most of the guided dives were divemasters doing guided shore dives on their "house reef" in front of their shop. You kit up, walk into the water, and are at the reef pretty quickly in most cases.
