smilie trouble

When I want to look at more smilies it says error on page on the bottom of my page and the smilies don't pop up....what I do wrong now?

Are you running service pack2 for windows xp, norton or any other system works program/ popup blocker?

I can't see one in my virus/firewall program....the other day I got a prompt from windows to update...maybe I have the service pack. Where do I look to see?

Help --> About Internet Explorer (look for sp1 or sp2 in the version string).

When you click the simlies link do you see anything about popups being blocked?

I deleted the sp and now I have my smilies back
