What dive clubs/shops are in the area that run out to this?
 
There are several shops and boats that run daily to "The Red Sea" as well as alot of fine wrecks and bridge spans. The vis is pretty good right now (except for all the bait fish on the red sea).
Divers Den (850-234-8717) in Panama City can hook you up on charters on Better Bottom Time or Steel Slinger or you can pm me as I run small charters (Offgas'n Around) when not instructing.
The Red Sea has a bouy attached.
