Really don't know how people can keep defending egypt liveaboards. Yeah, they're many, but this is like the 20th in last 10 years?!

Yet the low price attracts many divers who just ignore the lack of safety aspects for a bargain price.

These new boats are just way too friggen big and I think this is the second now that has capsized. They are at least one story too big and have like 8 too many guests.
 
Not sure the boats are too big but the draft is often quite shallow resulting in an unstable, top heavy arrangement. Quite a few roll over capsizes, often newly refurbished boats with additional decks added and little extra ballast for stability.
