Captain Gary, Saturday afternoon is listed on the reservation system as follows; "Sink-O De Mayo 2009 SB dive We'll dive the Spiegel Grove followed by a reef dive. Note you much have AOW or higher certification to dive the Spiegel Grove." I just want to double check that this is going to stand. Last year it got changed up at the last second and some that had booked in hopes of doing the reef were disappointed. So anywhoozle, just double checking.

The dive sites scheduled will occur if the weather is conductive to diving those sites. Weather, unsafe diving conditions, or the entire boat agrees are the ONLY reasons we'd switch a dive site.

Weather - that one goes w/o saying. Just making sure on the schedule as there are people travelling a long way, again, and I'd hate for the majority to change the dive on them again (not really aware of other's reasoning for specifically picking this dive plan). This has happened three times to a specific couple of divers. One likes the wrecks but his partner can't dive them - she does the reefs. Anyway, most on here are pretty thoughtful if they know ahead of time - in the end just trying to keep things from changing at the last sec/moment of dive.

FWIW, if you find your name has been moved it is because I lined up the diving and party list to match - just made things easier when I was making a master list to add first and last names for party to pass on to Becky.

Hey everyone I spoke with Laura and she is aware of what is going on with the party on Sat night and she is thrilled. She is very sorry for her absence as she has been working many many hours and has not been able to be on here like she would have liked.

Hey still looking for anyone who wants to hop a private boat to do a bit of spearing Friday boat is leaving around 10am. Will be back in probably around 4:30 -5pm.

While the Saturday party is still on in a major way, Capt. Gary asked me to let anyone planning to attend the Friday evening BBQ with Richie Kohler and John Chatterton at Horizon Divers that it has to be canceled.
The event was geared to be a transition from the Rec to Tech week currently in progress to the Sinko-de-Mayo weekend event but the Rec to Tech students will be taking their tests that evening.

Hey Brian - how about picking a restaurant for Friday and whoever is there can go... I think something loosely scheduled would be best. Say X restaurant from 6-9 Just a thought. Since some people will be there but some are arriving late, while others very late.
