"Select Images" broken?

Is it just me or is the "select images" functionality that is available when posting a thread currently broken? I'm refering to the pop-up window that allows you to add thumbnails to a thread. It was a nifty little utility but whenever I try it these days it blows up and I get a long string of errors. I've tried using both I.E. and FireFox and I get the same results with both browsers. Any ideas?

Here is an example of the errors that are generated when I click the "select images" link...

I'm a PC amateur, so I may have missed your problem, but this is how I add thumbnails:

(1) Click the Manage Attachments button below the Reply box in Reply mode;

(2) Click Browse to browse my computer the image;

(3) Click Upload;

(4) Then Close this window and Submit Reply

And get this...

Some on this site have managed to include images as part of their text not as an attachment. How can this be done and who can do it (I think the majority are SB staff).

Well, you can load thumbnails, or on many of the forums - not all - you can embed images like below. Is this what you mean...?

Embedding requires the photo being loaded in SB Gallery or another storage site that includes IMG codes of display the image. I'll stick an * inside mine to disable the code so you can see what I am using, and you can use the Reply button to quote all this for additional examination.
