Thank you SleepySlipper! Believe it or not...there is no autocorrect for text inputs in the Xcode application where this is created. It's easy enough to test for output of mathematical functions to be correct based on an input value...and in general, I develop text in another app which does have spellcheck and then copy and paste over...but somehow this one, I customized the text within the coding application and missed this typo! It has been corrected in my source code but won't be available for end users until I push out the next update...and because the app remembers your selection here, you may never see the screen again. However I really do appreciate your reporting of this typo!

Diego_c, I will be working on a metric conversion in the future. In hindsight, I wish I had developed the app in bar and had this feature built in from the beginning, but I did start by developing this for my personal use...and didn't consider this until now. I can't promise when this will be available but it is on the roadmap.

Another feature being added now is ability to see Site Reports shared by other users, and upload your own Site Reports. A feature that may be added is the ability to set an "at least 1 cell must be newer than X months" alert. Always appreciate any feature requests and insight into ways the app could be more useful to keep you and your friends and family, safe underwater!

I would love to see a feature that lets you track equipment you own and service/retirement dates. It would be really cool to get a reminder when it’s time to retire a hose, have a regulator serviced, replace an O2 sensor, etc.

Just ahead of Christmas, new update released!
  • Checklist now shows END in feet or meters based on your settings
  • Fixed checklist bug that prevented certain "display/not display" preferences from saving
  • Streamlined the checklist gas input, removing the PSI entry and replacing with a simple full toggle
  • If your onboard diluent is set to inflation gas, the label changes accordingly
  • Now you can save 4 mixes per tank and select from one of those, making it easier to enter and compare how different mixes may work for a dive
  • Removed the camera scan feature for reading MV from Shearwater. Have gotten inconsistent results and will keep those icons out of the way until I can resolve them
  • Fixed a bug that kept the theoretical sorb capacity from displaying properly in some instances
  • changed setting toggle style to make it more obvious which setting you had entered
  • Added page to submit and see site reports, and to prevent spam it uses Okta/Auth0 security
This app helped me identify a rebreather cell behaving oddly as I went on a recent dive trip, and the packing list helped me avoid leaving home without my drysuit undergarments. I had a buddy who was not so lucky. Thank you to all who have downloaded and use this app and I appreciate your feedback and input always!

CWC, I have your feature request on my roadmap!

@CWC I caught a bug this weekend that slipped through my original testing, which caused the fourth gas to not get selected properly...and while I fixed that, I managed to slip in a basic gear service-by-date tracker. The updated version is available today, looking forward to your feedback so I can continue to improve!

Hello, I have been enjoying your app for building my ChO2ptima. I have noticed a few issues or bugs that you may be able to fix.

First, when I try to use the edit cell history manually button it will automatically round the MV up or down. For example, if I enter 11.5mv it will round to 12mv. It does not do this when I enter the mv on the main screen and then hit the update cell history button.

Secondly, when customizing the checklist, the custom item fields in the 12th and 15th spots are linked. Whatever I put in one shows up on the other and they mirror each other. Not a big deal but I only have 15 fields instead of 16. I have included a picture to help.

Thanks for your work!

Thank you for the feedback!! I will work on updating both of those issues, I can’t promise on an exact date for the fix but I will try to get it out before next weekend. The item 12/15 issue is definitely just a typo on the variable name, and the rounding is caused by me selecting the wrong display decimal precision value on that section. I appreciate the feedback and my apologies for the issues.

Hi Blake,
I've sent the update to Apple to review, usually takes 24 hours then it will be available for update. I fixed both issues. Like I mentioned, the item 12/16 issue was caused by an incorrect variable name; I had copied the code for earlier lines and edited a unique variable number, this one row was not updated and so the variable for item 12 was repeated twice.

The issue for decimal precision was caused by me referencing the incorrect number format in the text input box. If you didn't enter a new value, the issue didn't appear, but if you did enter a new value it was rounding up or down, and saving the value as the rounded value. The fix was changing the number formatter on the input box to the correct version which does allow decimal values.

I only mention those things because I believe a bit of transparency about code and how an app works is a good thing; and because I want to encourage people to report issues as well as other feedback. I'm happy to receive it here, on CDF, and also in the About + Review + Support page of the app, there is a button that will open an email to my inbox, you can add the input there and send it off to me. I appreciate feedback in any way shape or form!

I am relatively close to having a metric version of the gas fill calculator available. I could really use someone who actually fills metric tanks with metric gases using metric gauges to help me double check that the way it's presented makes sense and is accurate. If you are a current user, I can add you to a test group; if you aren't a current user, I can still add you to the test group, and I can give away some licenses so you can keep it for free after testing. Please send me a PM if you are interested!

I just downloaded it, I will give it a whirl and let you know if I have any feedback.
Thank you.
