Finger Wagger: According to a finger wagger, you're never qualified to the dive and all the dives you have ever done are "trust me" dives. Every swimthrough you dare write about is a cave and of course, you are not a qualified cave diver. They want to make sure you never have any fun writing about the dives that you are not supposed to do.
