You need to change lever to a G250V lever .141.

Exhaust T are NLA so you're looking for used, good luck, or 3rd party.

Blue diaphragm is also NLA you'll need someone who's willing to part with one.

Spring .216 or .218 you can but new, ditto balance chamber. S-wing poppet is cheaper to buy in a service kit G250/G260 or S600/G250 that as a seperate item, go figure.

It's 3rd party so I've no idea. That part number is for a G250V, assuming it's identical to an original it'll fit but diaphragm is taller, larger surface area, and I ran into all sorts of tuning issues using a G250V one in a G250 which is same as a 109/156.

I don't use 3rd party parts but I know VDH used to sell them and am pretty sure someone else now sells them after Brian's passing. Someone will chime in shortly I'm sure.

I need the exhaust tee , and s-wing poppet inkl spring and shamber to convert it to BA156, and i would like to change the diaphragm to a blue one

Scuba gaskets has the poppet, but I don’t know about balance chamber and spring.
