I remember on a Diverlink trip in 2001, we had a sacrifice to the weather gods. It worked, maybe we should have another.

So, is there a virgin out there that we can sacrifice to the underwater gods to appease their appetitie and give us good conditions for the weekend?

Hey I just looked at my hotel for the first time. Pretty sweet looking place :D I am sooo excited.

BTW, Moonie will be with me so hide your booty :14:

Dear Keys Invaders,

We're terribly sorry for the bit of bad weather we're having at the moment.
Due to some bad MicroSoft security update downloads ALL of our barometric
control monitoring systems have been experiencing difficulties, especially
with moisture propagation and ocean temperance. (blah blah blah)

If you could please dump your coffee in your keyboard,
then grab the back of your monitor, and scream out loud,
"AIGGGHHHHH!!!! The Heck with This, I'M HEADED FOR THE KEYS!!!!!"
all will be well very shortly.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Mother Nature, on behalf of he who is so very very big.

PS: please honor us with a spiritual imbibement of the Holy Rum Tote!

See http://www.photolib.noaa.gov/historic/c&gs/theb0322.htm
for proof of NOAA researchers hard at work.

There have been days when NOAA forecasts 2-4, even 3-5 ft seas,
and the surf/ocean webcam shows morelike 3-5 inches.

only has predications for 48 hrs.

Personally, I'm packin the dive parka, but I'm also counting on the tropical wave pushing thru by mid Saturday. Pack yer meds, bring a bucket if needed. Something that doubles as an ice bucket, eh?

My head has been going nuts with migraines with this low pressure front going thru.
At least I feel better than ...
