Hi all,
I've the same problem with one button on my iX3M2 deep, after only 14 dives.
Of course I can't send the computer in Italy as I'm diving about 3 times a week now. A decent supplier should send a new one before to return the faulty one, even with a deposit !
I regret to have bought this computer (with transmitter and analyser)... Should have bought a Shearwater !

Today I have send them an email regarding the faulty button I have. Let's see when they will reply.

Well one of my buttons got fixed by itself while another one becomes mushy. I think there is an engineering fault with these buttons. A machanism under the button shifts etc and causes this. This is totally a guess but it feels that way. I don't recommend that computer to anyone.

I've been diving mine with round buttons for over 6 years and one with square buttons for 4 years. I always soak my IX3M's after diving to try to prevent this. Richard at Divetronix recommended using mineral oil to lubricate the round buttons. Not sure if it would help with the square buttons.

Ratio did write me back and suggested i soak the computer in hot water.
Didn't help.

Button still not clicky and get stuck on pressed mode.

So Ratio told me to send then the computer after they will return from summer vacations.

Not fun but ok let them fix it then sell it cheap.

Sorta similar situation here. I'm in Florida in the US. I own a iX3M2 and a single color transmitter.
The transmitter failed, so off I went to get it fixed.

There's a service center in the USA now, but they can only do so much. After contacting Ratio and then the service center, I got a replacement pretty quickly.

Then I contacted both Ratio and the service center about getting the original transmitter repaired at cost. Both were enthusiastic about the prospect since is seems everything was pretty fresh and new in the US (processes, finalized distribution chain, etc). My plan was to dive 2 TX's in sidemount, and it seems no one in the US had done that yet at the time. I'm still not sure if anyone in the US has yet.

Long story short, it's still at the service center...after 9 months.

I've dove 2 TX's sidemount many times over the years. I finally gave up. The ratio transmitters arent reliable. Especially in caves. I'll never dive without an spg with a ratio TX.
