Ratio Computers - No Support at All

Hi there,
I also have had problems of connection/disconnection with the 2 transmitters in SM and my Ratio ix3m 2 Pro. All sent for repair (?) to Ratio, back 3 month later, and... first dive with the 2 transmitters in SM tomorrow ! I, of course, will keep a finimiter as backup.
No bluetooth problem, nor buttons

Did your transmitters work after the fix? Must say after a firmware update on November I have had no issues at all with connectivity. Transmitters working flawlessly...I fear I may have jinxed myself with this though lol

I have installed the latest firmware on both the computer and the transmitter, but I still have the same problem as described. Which update from November do you mean?

TBH Not overly sure which computer update it was as had not done one for a while will have to check once home. But Im also not running in SM mode only BM.

Well, first dive with both transmitters and the computer in SM since repair (at least i send it in Italy, have no idea what they did with it...) and it was globally ok. A few disconnection only, but i wasn't that disturbed during the dive.

Were you ever able to contact them? What was their response?

Absolutly. They are charming and generally reply within 2 working days.
