Advice

If you feel that Ratio, or any other equipment manufacturer, isn't treating you right and/or not doing what they should be doing to take care of you (within reason and fairness to you and them), complain to THEM loudly and consistently. Don't let go, insist on them treating you right and fairly. Don't attack or insult them, just be persistent and consistent, pushing them to do what is right (and reasonable).

Got my computer back.
Total time from me sending until I got it back: 1 month.
Total cost: 40 usd i payed for my shipping. The computer was fixed and shipped back free as per warranty (2 years)

Button and mid panel seem to be replaced. Buttons now clicky and don't get stuck.
Sensor and test also performed.

I'm happy with great service.

Thanks Ratio

What does that little plastic ball at the end of the bungee do? Do you use it to adjust the length of the bungee? Can you show more of it so that I can understand how it works, please?

I do use it exatly for adjusting the length. It's broken now because the spring rusted out. I removed it.

Was it really secure and held its position when it worked?

Only right at the start when the spring was strong enough. After about 20 dives it stopped and i left it because it didn't bother me.
I eventually found a length good for wetsuit & dry and just stick with it.

great to hear that they took care of you, great computor i would get the new screen saver for it, way stronger, i still manage to scrape it, but i printed a boot to go around the computer to wear when im in ****** spots, and ii know that i will be banging my computer in to things

News from mine (Ix3M 2).
I now also have a non clicky button (the left one, others ok). Actually doesn't bother me that much.
Transmitters (2 in sidemount, 1 was recently repaired) are almost ok but you can see clearly that there are still defaults in the signal transmission. I wouldn't go deep diving with these for example, I would go back to analog finimeters.
About the screens i still wonder why the temperature does not show on the main page while diving, does anyone know ?

Besides that i like it... :p
