Call them direct, they're always happy to help. I find emails on some of the smaller mom and pop shops get lost. Less overhead means less man power to man the battle stations.

I've known Randy for over 15 years. Emailing is less effective than picking up the phone and calling him. It's him and his wife, and I think now one or two other people. I'll have to ask when I talk to him this week. We are in contact pretty much weekly. I do some CAD work for him now and then and advise him on the applications for some items.
He is honest, straightforward, and just an all round nice guy.
He is a diver but not an instructor.
