How can I configure my BPW harness to have adjustable shoulder straps?

Another way to effectively have tighter shoulder straps is with a sternum strap.

That's a curious thing about the DIR community. There seems to be an aversion in general to chest straps.

I once contacted a well known DIRish manufacturer to see if they carried chest straps. The response was to get one from some other manufacturer.
