Yes. At least for Oceanic transmitters. They don’t do the service for other brands. They’ve been pretty responsive when I contacted them on the past for transmitter service. In my case, it was Oceanic so no issues.

Once they confirm the SN, they will provide you with an RMA number to send your old one in. When they receive it, they will contact you to authorize payment. $120 plus tax and shipping, IIRC. When that is paid, they’ll send out a replacement. It will be a rebuilt unit with new SN.

Well, that stinks. Luckily, they seem rather robust, so apart from flooding like yours experienced, they don't need repairs all that often. Like you, my experience, was related to a used transmitter purchased. Seller in my case was up front and offered to take it back, but I suggested the service route. Unfortunate that this is now no more.
