Yeah.
It just reminded me of a valve
Like this.

I have overloaded many a small valve, on purpose.... like a 400 psi 1/4 turn valve in a 2500 psi powerwasher sys,
Never seems to have any problems.... just a bit stiff

On o2 I am more cautious...
Heres mine, not sure that my valve is not O2 rated. I am sure someone will not like it. But took it all apart cleaned and washed everything, has good seals.
I tend to use the oxygen bottle valve to throddle more than the needle valve.
It more of a backup.
Key is to be patient, I try not to be in a hurry.
