Right now, the only hp oil less compressor made in the US that I know of is Arctic. The 2500 is probably closest to what the op would want. There may be others, I admit I past my prime a few squares back.
Sorry but that's not an oil free compressor. The Arctic 2500 you suggest is a 1500 RPM standard scuba type with the upper cylinders in oil and the condensate is a mixture of oil and water undrinkable and not one you could drain out onto the beach. Oil change is every 250 hours (as opposed to an industrial block at 5000 hours) and the 4th stage valve replacement is at 500 hours (as opposed to 3000 on an oil free industrial) With the 1st 2nd and 3rd stage valves needing replacement every 500 hours. (All taken from the Arctic manual.)
Further some of the valve parts and head part numbers on the parts list are interchangeable with Colti Italy parts. I guess they are using Coltri Italy components or a copy. I could do a detailed engineering review if you like.

To the op, best of luck to you, it is not easy running a dive operation anywhere. @iain/hsm
best of luck on your product or service.
Yeah it's an interesting phrase we all say it. But in reality there is no such thing as luck.

A bit like the best scuba compressor as a brand name.
