Got my 924 90A Viton o-ring's. Tomarrow I finish this project. The 224 were slightly oversized and pushed out when I tried to seal. Was able to get it to work after a couple attempts but opted to purchase the 924 as @oldairdude suggested.

Super stoked to finally get all my cascade tanks plumbed in at the same time. My ASME tanks are no longer leaking. They are together on bank1 the other 4)444cf 4500 cylinders are paired up on Bank2 and Bank3. The 924-90A o-rings were 100% correct for the ASME cylinders. Tomarrow i begin building my tank tumbler with Amazon pieces parts. Fingers crossed for that project. I will update it on the DIY tank tumbler thread.

Oh man I love building with 40x40, but the price is not always fun.
I’ve only ever VIP’d bottles but this thread is a super fun read.

I got this far today. I need to slot the center axle pillow blocks to control the cylinders from crawling up and down the centerline. I also need to mount the control box, and add bumper where the bottom or neck of the tank will ride when elevated to 30 degres.

Just dumped my pockets out onto the workbench. No HSM exclusive top secret diagonal profile extrusion to be found. I will keep my eye out for you.
